This recently remodeled Mammoth Lakes condo has everything that you are looking for in your Mammoth stay. Located in the St. Moritz Condominiums, just across the street from a bus stop that takes you directly to the slopes, this unit has it all. The condo is located within walking distance to the market, local restaurants and bars, and the center of town.

The condo was just recently outfitted with an entirely new kitchen (including stainless steel appliances), new laminate flooring, new carpet, and a completely remodeled downstairs bathroom. The unit features one upstairs bedroom that includes a memory foam Queen sized mattress. There is a large loft that includes a washer and dryer and queen size mattress. There is a second loft that we use as a game room. It includes a full-size futon and flat screen TV. It is a perfect place for the kids to have their own area to play and relax. There are two full bathrooms in the unit, one downstairs, and one upstairs. There is a flat screen television in every room in the house (total of four) that include cable television with a large array of HD channels. The living room features a 60 inch mounted TV, a DVD player, and the most comfortable couch you can ever imagine. The couch seats 6 comfortably and I'm sure that you'll enjoy many relaxing evenings there after a long day on the mountain. The couch also folds out to form a full-size bed and allows for a comfortable place to sleep. There are a number of board games in the condo to keep the family fun rolling. There are a large dining area and a beautiful kitchen that includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, and all of the other kitchen necessities. There are closets inside of the unit and large storage area outside of the unit to store all of your gear. In addition to the pellet stove (which produces a fantastic amount of heat), we have also installed a wall heater downstairs and included space heaters for use in the upstairs portion of the house. Staying warm will not be a problem.

The St. Moritz Villas complex includes a pool, sauna, and large Jacuzzi, along with a full game room for the kids that includes a Ping-Pong table, a pool table, and air hockey. There is a community barbecue directly in front of the unit, and propane is included. Feel free to take advantage of everything that the unit has to offer.

The unit faces towards the interior of the complex and provides a safe and scenic place for children to play. The entire backside of the unit is composed of windows with French blinds, so it is a perfect place to sit by the fire and watch your children build a snowman or take part in a snowball fight. There is plenty of parking immediately in front of the unit for easy access to and from the condo.

This is the perfect place for a family to stay in Mammoth Lakes. We have been told that this is the nicest unit in the entire St. Moritz condominium complex, and we pride ourselves on keeping it in pristine shape.
