Welcome to my mountain getaway in Mammoth Lakes. After years of fighting the traffic and smog of Los Angeles, I realized that I needed a quiet place where I could ski in the winter, hike in the summer, and get away from the stress of the big city year-round. I found the place I was looking for in Mammoth Lakes, and I hope you find what you are looking for here as well. My condo is a newly remodeled 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that comfortably sleeps 4. With a direct shuttle to the ski lifts right outside your door, the restaurants and shops of Mammoth Lakes just down the street, and a comfortable and newly remodeled unit to come back to after a long day on the slopes, this condo can serve as the ideal home away from home in one of the most beautiful and unique mountain environments in the world.

In order to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, my condo includes additional amenities such as:

In addition, as part of the La Residence complex, you will have access to a heated pool (during the Summer months), spa, sauna, a second BBQ grill, and, with our large parking lot, you'll never have a problem finding a parking spot right outside the door. As nice as all that sounds, you're probably not coming up to the most spectacular mountain range in the world just to stay inside. No matter what you're interested in (skiing, biking, hiking, golfing, or just checking out the town), my condo is centrally located to ensure that you are only minutes away from getting started. That's not all. Hop on your bike and ride to Mammoth Mountain's world-class mountain biking trails. Head a half-mile down the road to play the signature Mammoth Lakes 18 hole golf course. Or, if you've already had a long day up in the mountains, you're right in the heart of the town of Mammoth Lakes, which means you have less than a five minute walk to your choice of a number of great restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, bars, and even the local movie theater. There are many activities that revolve around Mammoth like Bodie State Historic Park and Laws Railroad Museum about 45 minutes away. And, if you're not sure where to go, I'll even leave some suggestions. I bought this condo to be my home away from home. I vacation here in the summer, I bring my friends up for weekend ski trips, and I plan to retire here when I'm done teaching. Even if you're only here for the weekend, I want you to feel the same way. I love my time up in Mammoth Lakes, and I hope you will too!
