The Snowcreek complex is located adjacent to the amazing Snowcreek Meadow and Mammoth Creek where we like to enjoy morning walks during all seasons. We are very close to all the town's shopping and amenities, the bike paths, hiking, fishing, golf and a short shuttle ride to Mammoth Mountain's famous SKIING! Walk to the Snowcreek Athletic Club, driving range, hiking trails, and fishing. We call it the "Pinecone Lodge" because of the large pine trees you see out of the many windows (and the many pine cones the kids can collect). Our home is the perfect location that is ideal for ALL seasons (although we are definitely a skiing family - and you will see that in some of the tasteful ski decor throughout the home).

Our tech-friendly home features three levels and is over 1,200 square feet of living and relaxing space. The first level features a large master suite with comfortable bedding, a full bath and a new sliding door that leads to a small deck and a shaded grass area; full laundry, 2nd full bathroom, and plenty of coat racks. The second level includes a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, new kitchen appliances installed in Sept 2019, under cabinet lighting, Calphalon pots and pans and bar seating for 5 (perfect for the cook and for people that like to watch the cooking), a large, solid wood dining table that seats up to 10, a game/puzzle table and a large open ceiling living area. The living area includes ample and comfortable seating for a relaxing evening around the fire. It includes a new, state of the art fireplace, 55-inch Smart TV, and upgraded soundbar system. The third level is a kid-friendly loft with 3 twin beds and plenty of "hang out" space to enjoy the 35-inch TV with Blu-ray player and loads of bandwidth to accommodate all the kid's devices (and plenty of board games that the whole family can enjoy too)!
