Sunrise is in the majestic meadow area of Mammoth Lakes and walking distance to Mammoth Creek (excellent trout fishing), Mammoth Creek Park playground, The Stove restaurant, Mammoth Tavern, and Balck Doubt Brewery tasting room. It is also steps away from the free Red and Green Line shuttles which take you to the lifts, The Village, Main Lodge, and all over town. The condo is even close to Vons, Mammoth Brewery, and Snowcreek Athletic Club.

When you arrive, walk up one flight of outside stairs to enter the end-unit condo. It is 2 stories with vaulted ceilings, nice wood beams, and many windows to watch the snowfall and lose yourself in the surrounding mountains. The condo has a keyless entry with plenty of storage both inside and out.

Enter onto a beautiful slate tile floor with storage for coats, skis and snowboards, fishing rods/tackle, etc. The first floor contains the kitchen and dining area, living room, fireplace, balcony, master bedroom, and a full bathroom. The kitchen is furnished with a stainless steel refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, cooking utensils, spices and condiments, and other miscellaneous items. The dining area offers new contemporary bar stools, lighting fixtures, and a dining table with chairs and a bench. The living room contains a new sectional sleeper sofa with a queen bed, coffee table, side table, lamp, 55" LED SMART TV with Bose Bluetooth soundbar, Blu-ray DVD player, and a PacMan console arcade game. The remodeled fireplace has a new wood-burning insert, stonework, and mantel. The balcony is full of complimentary firewood and presents an awe-inspiring view of Mammoth Mountain and the community pool.

The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, two night stands, a flat-screen TV, and walk-in closet. It offers new amenities including mission style furniture with cedar drawers, bedding, lamps, and a ceiling light/fan fixture. The main bathroom is also updated with new slate tile floor, shower doors, towel bars and fixtures, and freshly painted walls and ceiling. It has ample storage for personal items and is stocked with towels, soaps, and lotions. The stairs off the living room lead up to the loft, which has a full bathroom, plenty of windows, a closet, an open living room view, TV and DVD player, as well as bunk beds and a full bed.

The walls have beautiful, limited edition Mammoth photography. Views from the many windows will make you smile as you look out to the Sherwins, Mammoth Rock, Mammoth Pass, and Mammoth Mountain.

Enjoy complimentary cable TV, wireless internet access, and a landline. There are two unassigned outside parking spaces available. Sunrise Condominiums offer a swimming pool, spa and sauna, as well as a coin-operated laundry facility, located in the common area near the office.

Mammoth Lakes is a natural wonderland. The beautiful five lakes in Mammoth are all a short drive from town. Ten miles past Mammoth Mountain, stop and see Devils Postpile National Monument. Looking to fascinate the entire family? Take a trip to Bodie State Historic Park; Bodie is California's official state gold rush ghost town. For a look back in time, visit the oldest living trees, the Bristlecone Pine, just a short drove from Mammoth in Bishop. These trees are over 5,000 years old and still living. You will be surprised at what you see!
