This Snowflower townhome has only ONE common wall, allowing peace and privacy, and extra windows on 3 sides to improve natural lighting. Located downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms each with their own private baths (no need to tow your luggage upstairs!). The master has a king log-style bed with a flat-screen TV and the other room has a queen bed. Each room has an independent thermostat for your comfort.

The 2nd level of the condo is the main living area. Here, you have a stocked kitchen, dining area that can seat up to 10, living room with a plush sofa and rock fireplace, and the 3rd bathroom. For your convenience, we have added a new full-size washer and dryer - pack light and get dirty while enjoying the great outdoors. To enjoy the beautiful mountain views, step outside onto the deck and take in the fabulous Sierra sunrises and sunsets.

Above the 2nd level, is the loft. It holds 3 double beds and has a TV set up for Wii. This is a great spot for the kids to hang out, sleep, and play!

The Snowflower complex is centrally located and near one of many town shuttle stops. This community also offers a common area pool, 2 hot tubs, a sauna, and 2 gas BBQs.

My wife and I love Mammoth and, above all, love sharing it with our kiddos, family and friends. Like many - we bought the condo for winter use but, over time, have come to love the summer season just as much. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
