The unit features a wood-burning fireplace, balcony, 55 in. flat screen HDTV with DVD player, Sonos and free WiFi. The galley-style kitchen is equipped with newer appliances and all of the cookware you need to make this condo feel like home. The dining area has seating for 6 with an additional 2 at the bar. Washer/dryer in unit.

The master bedroom has a California King bed, 42 in. flat screen TV and private bathroom with double vanity and large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, large flat screen TV and shared bathroom right across the hall. In the living room, there is also a Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The Mountainback complex provides an outdoor pool Summer only, 6 Jacuzzis, sauna, gas grill and garage parking. There are approximately 20 steps to this unit, 1 level inside, no smoking is permitted, and it is pet-friendly, dogs only. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with one public garage parking space garage clearance is 7 with an additional guest parking space available on a first come, first serve basis.
