This completely remodeled Helios condo is in fantastic condition and brand new to our rental program! Equipped with underground parking, a fantastic kitchen, and spacious great room - you'll find everything you need. The 11 foot island is ideal for meal preparation, casual eating, and jigsaw building. The well-equipped kitchen has a new electric range and convection oven, large fridge and freezer, and ample storage. This luxurious Mammoth Lakes home has been recently re-decorated in a clean, modern style throughout with new carpeting. It sleeps 6 in two bedrooms and has a pull out sofa in living room.
The huge great room is comprised of: - Living area with unique stone fireplace, a recent upgrade to the built-in wood stove. - Huge L-shaped Pottery Barn sectional couch seats 6 comfortably. - New Room and Board sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). - Bose surround sound speakers, AV system with 55 inch Sony TV and Apple TV and DVD. - Dining table (with 2 leaf extension) seats 8 comfortably (with 8 chairs). - Kitchen: 11 foot island - plenty of space for meal prep, eating and hanging-out. Kitchen Aid mixer, food processor, new china, Krups coffee maker, two sinks (one with garbage disposal). - Shower (recent upgrade) and toilet/sink and shelved cupboard for storage.
The master bedroom has plenty of storage room and a huge closet with ample hanging space and drawers. Honeycomb blinds allow adjustment from top and bottom and lined silk blackout curtains make it easy for a daytime nap. There is also underfloor electric heat, a grey stone shower with both rainhead and hand-held shower fitments in the bathroom, and exceptional heat control.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, drawers, and generous storage hanging space.
What adds to this Helios property's appeal is its proximity to the Village (just steps away) and the Mammoth Mountain ski lifts (half a mile away). It is also a 20 minute drive to destinations such as June Lake and Devils Postpile in the summer.
