In the prestigious Woodwinds development, this stunning 3 level townhome sits in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood on the 4th Fairway of Sierra Star Golf Course. This property is close to The Village, free trolley stops and ski slopes. We have included every comfort for you and your group to have the perfect Mammoth getaway. From your own personal jacuzzi to a fully-stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals, both luxury and comfort are just a reservation away. We know you are going to love our home away from home!

The 2,100 sq ft floor plan, combined with beautiful upgrades, accommodates large families and groups - plenty of space for all ages. The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living areas and a 2-car attached garage all appointed with new furnishings, TVs and kitchen items.

The kids will love having their own space in the downstairs bonus room complete with SMART TV, games and a pullout queen sofa sleeper. The bonus room is adjacent to a full bathroom and a bunk room (with a brand new bunk bed; twin-over-full) with a pullout twin trundle. The laundry room and private jacuzzi overlooking the golf course are also located on the first floor.

The main level boasts an expansive floor plan with a fireplace and plenty of seating for home movie nights. The dining room seats a crowd; the dining table seats 8 and extra seating is at the kitchen counter. Open the sliding doors to find a large balcony overlooking the golf course with a new BBQ grill and patio furniture made specifically for sitting in serenity. The chef's kitchen is well stocked for delicious home-cooked meals. On this floor, you will also find 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds and SMART TVs and another full bathroom.

The 3rd floor holds the master suite with king bed, walk-in closet, and a new SMART TV. The private master bath is equipped with a jetted tub and heated floors for supreme luxury.

The attached 2-car garage is priceless on the snowy days. Additional covered guest parking spots are also steps away. The private covered spa is serviced regularly and the BBQ is ready for grilling!
