Welcome to our condo! Its a perfect mix of modern upgrades and amenities with a mountain feel. This 2 full bath one bedroom plus enclosed loft condo has been completely upgraded including a new king bed in the master, plush new queen sized sofa sleeper, bedding, and decor. Additional upgrades include new appliances, granite counter tops, vanities and light fixtures, brand new flooring, propane fireplace with wall-mounted controls and a built-in fan to disperse heat, wireless Bluetooth speaker, Keurig, iHome clocks, Humidifiers and Smart TVs. We have also stocked games for guests of all ages. The kitchen is fully stocked, including new glassware, plate ware for 16, pots and pans, multi-cup coffee maker, plastic cups and plates for our younger guests, and anything else you could possibly need. The living room and bedrooms have new Smart TVs with complimentary access to Netflix. Ample storage is provided throughout the unit, with luggage racks and hampers for your convenience. The deck has a 2-burner propane barbeque, along with 2 comfortable porch chairs to enjoy the view. You will have access to a private ski/snowboard locker with racks for all of your outdoor gear. Our guests receive 2 parking passes.

The Chamonix complex is less than a 5-minute walk to Chair 7 at Canyon Lodge, which is one of the 3 premiere ski lodges. During the winter months, it features a ski school, ski rental shop, an indoor and outdoor bar, cafeteria, coffee bar, and lift ticket sale booths. Canyon Lodge also features 4 lifts, both group and private ski school for toddlers, beginners as well as skiers of all ability levels. During the summer, there is access to the Big Ring trail on Mammoth Mountain Bike Park. For the majority of the year, you have access to The Village Gondola that goes to and from Canyon Lodge and the Village restaurants and shops. Across the street from the condo, there is a stop for the free shuttle bus service provided by Mammoth Mountain, which operates every 1/2 hour. You are also a 2-minute walk away from a fine dining restaurant, Austria Hof, they have a great happy hour!

The Chamonix common area features a game room, gas barbecues, and several spas that operate year-round. The property also has a gas fire pit, outdoor pool, and a childrens play area, each of which is generally open from July thru mid-September.

The Chamonix game room is one of the last still available in all of Mammoth and includes a living area with large screen TV and fireplace. There is also ping-pong, pool table, foosball, sauna, shower and restroom, coin-operated laundry facilities, and a business center.

Guests are provided with a unique front door access code making check-in convenient and hassle-free. Dependent on the reservation calendar, we are happy to try to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am.

We provide a starter-kit of basic essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, hand soap, small travel size shampoo & conditioner, and trash bags). If you feel you will use more on your trip, please bring those items with you.
