The Beach House at Pierpont consists of the Main House (2 bedrooms 1 bathroom) and the Detached Studio Apartment (1 bedroom 1 bathroom), totaling 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms.

Main House: The single-story main house is two bedrooms and one full bath and sleeps six guests. One bedroom features a queen bed and the other bedroom has a double bed. The modern kitchen has everything you need to meet your culinary needs - featuring Viking appliances, a 20 bottle wine refrigerator, and a large marble counter to entertain your family. The living room has a converter couch and a 50-inch flat screen with BOSE speakers and Apple TV. Each bedroom includes a 40-inch Roku TV. There is also a washer and dryer available for use during your stay.

Studio Apartment: A cozy, detached sleeping space is located above the garage and offers a separate entrance that leads you up the stairs to a balcony overlooking the beach community. This bedroom with a full bath has hardwood floors, a vaulted ceiling, and a fireplace to create the perfect retreat. The detached studio apartment features a Cal king bed and a sitting area that includes two wingback chairs and a 40-inch flat screen above the cozy fireplace. The studio has a small desk, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker to complete this intimate space.

Patio: The living room from the main house opens to a patio - the most serene place to take in the ocean breeze and dine al fresco. The patio is furnished with a comfortable seating area, Viking BBQ, vibrant string lighting, and a dining table to seat a family of four in the perfect setting.

Parking: The property features an enclosed garage for one car. In addition, there is a gated driveway for one car or truck.
