The home offers a generous front deck with gas barbeque and a back patio with outdoor dining set (weather permitting). Kids will love the sledding hill in the backyard, making snowmen, and exploring the massive, 0.3 acre lot.

The luxurious master suite with King bed and en-suite bathroom features dual sinks and a walk-in rainfall shower. Two guest bedrooms overlook lush evergreens, one with a Queen bed and one with a Twin / Full bunk bed combo. Bedrooms share a full bath with tub. Combined with the Queen pull out bed and futon in the living room, the home sleeps 10 comfortably. All bedding and furniture is brand new and inviting after a full day of mountain activities. Home features new, plush carpeting in the bedrooms and hardwood floors in the entertaining spaces.

Fast, free wireless internet. Hairdryers, alarm clocks and luggage racks provided in each bedroom. Bedrooms feature large closets and dressers, perfect for extended stays. 32" smart TV with soundbar and DIRECTV in the living room. Boot trays located in the garage and near the entry. Laundry room is complete with new HE washer and dryer. Brand new water heater ensures plenty of hot water. Child friendly furnishings including a pack and play, high chair and a portable gate for the living room stairs. And for the child in all of us, a sled for guest use is available in the garage.

The house is perfectly located and you can easily avoid driving. The shuttle stop is only half a block away and its one short stop to the Village, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat or stocking up on groceries. Looking to hit the slopes? It wont take longer than 5 minutes to catch the shuttle to the Village and grab the Gondola, all without battling parking! Walking is also an easy option - get to Canyon Lodge in only 10

minutes (although it is uphill on the way there). Prefer driving? The Lodge and Village are less than 5 minutes by car.
