This spacious condo (1400 sq. ft.) offers an open concept living area with plenty of seating for the entire family and has a fully equipped kitchen and large dining room table that sits 8. Stocked with all the amenities you could ever need, this is the perfect home base for all your adventures. All 4 TVs have been updated and replaced with SMART TVs in every room - so you can enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! There are also DVD players in the living room and master bedroom so you can enjoy your favorite movies from home or from the rental office in Mammoth Lakes.

This two-level Mammoth Ski & Racquet condo comfortably sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms (a king bed in both) and a loft with bunk beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the 2nd king bedroom is located upstairs. The loft is enclosed (windows can be opened or closed) with a twin-over-double bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath.? Here, you also have a full bath with 2 sinks. There is a 3rd bathroom (half bath) in the living room area.

At Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club, you will have access to many amenities including swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, game room, tennis court, volleyball court, basketball court, laundry facilities, and more. The lifts are a short walk from your front door, placing you first in line for fresh tracks (or mountain biking) in the morning. You can also conveniently ride the gondola down to The Village and back again during operating hours. For apres ski and fine dining, the Austria Hof Restaurant & Bar is located next door to our complex. At the end of your day, ski or ride to the base of Chair 7 at the Austria Hof Restaurant parking lot and then it's just a short walk back to the condo.

Our unit has 1 parking spot in the attached garage - additional parking is limited to a first come, first served basis (as with all Mammoth condos). I highly recommend storing your ski equipment in your car. Please note: this condo is on the top floor with 3 flights of stairs. The advantage is that it is a beautiful unit with cathedral ceilings in ALL the rooms. The high ceilings make up for the walk, as space feels very open and not boxed in like the lower units. The entrance to the complex has a steep driveway so chains or 4WD is advised on winter/snow days. Mammoth Ski & Racquet does a great job of clearing the snow, but you will need chains with any snow or ice.
