Enjoy the spacious Summit bedroom private suite, with a queen bed as well as a Netflix and Amazon streaming HDTV. Alternatively, lounge in the living room, with a 65" streaming HDTV, dining area, and balcony overlooking the woods of Mammoth Lakes. Relax and watch a movie. Take turns playing foosball or board games, while listening to your own playlist on the Bluetooth soundbar. A private alcove provides additional sleeping space in comfy twin bunk beds. If that's not enough, the main sofa is a pullout queen bed. Nearby, you have the dining area and the contemporary, and bright, fully equipped kitchen.

This Summit unit has a second full bathroom in the hallway.

The Summit spa area, with a large hot tub and sauna, is a few steps outside the building; two swimming pools and a full gym are just a minute's walk away. Tenants will also have access to covered designated parking directly below the condo. Additional parking is available on a first come, first served basis in the complex. The building also has APP-operated laundry facilities in the parking garage below the condo.

The Summit Condominium Complex is located just minutes from dining and shopping in Mammoth Lakes. It is close to both hiking and biking trails as well as the town's golf course. There is also a town shuttle stop directly outside the building entrance. Experience everything Mammoth has to offer; Devils Postpile National Monument is 13 miles away and a continued hike will lead you to Rainbow Falls. The Yosemite National Park gate is a 40 mile drive north of Mammoth Lakes. Want to see the remains of a volcano? Visit Mono Lake and see an ancient volcano and the unusual and prehistoric tufus.
