Make the most of your vacation and enjoy the convenience and luxury of this incredible condo! With a modern yet warm and inviting feel, this condo makes the perfect base-camp for your vacation no matter the season. You are a short walk (200 yards) from skiing down to the base in the morning to catch the gondola. No dealing with busy parking lots or crowded buses! In the summer this condo is bike-in/bike-out for some of the greatest lift-accessed mountain biking in the state! Come enjoy the fall colors and the expansive views of the Yampa Valley from the large decks. No matter the season, your lodging will be a highlight at this condo.

Pulling up to the base of the mountain, the La Casa condominium is tucked away, yet right near bus stops, shopping and, of course, the base area. The tall, covered parking has plenty of room for your SUV and all your toys that you choose to bring. This lower level unit is only steps away from parking making your arrival and departure a breeze.

Immediately upon entering, the large custom kitchen and dining area greet you. With a large island in the kitchen and high-end appliances, this is a great spot to make that quick breakfast before heading out for the day or gather everyone around for a home-cooked meal. A laundry room and a separate room for ski storage are also attached for your convenience!

Walking down from the kitchen to the den, you start to notice the clean, modern design. A large flat-screen TV as well as gas fireplace create the perfect den feeling. The LED lights in the ceiling are an awesome touch and are dimmable for the perfect lighting no matter the time of day. Two sets of large screen doors in the den lead to a wrap-around deck, an amenity not found in many (if any!) other condos in Steamboat.

Coming up from the den, there are 2 rooms with twin bunk beds and plenty of dresser and storage space as well as a bathroom downstairs. The large rooms upstairs both feature gas fireplaces for those cold nights, and are beautifully furnished with custom furniture, no hotel style beds here! There are full bathrooms in each room as well, both sleek and modern as you have come to expect. A TV and dresser for storage round out the amenities of the bedrooms. Do not forget to catch the sunset from one of the upper decks leading out of the bedrooms, the views of the valley below are phenomenal!

If you are looking for a Steamboat vacation to remember, the location, amenities and luxury of this condo will do the trick. The only down-side is having to leave!
